Resumen: Para descubrir qué es lo que ha llevado a que el trabajo de las mujeres y el
entorno natural queden excluidos de la renumeración a la hora de medir el PNB, se
pago por el trabajo tradicional de las mujeres es sólo la punta del iceberg de la violencia
perpetrada contra las mujeres basada en la falta de reconocimiento y agradecimiento
de su contribución a la supervivencia y el bienestar de los seres humanos en el planeta
tierra. El panorama que se presenta ilustra cómo una perspectiva patriarcal ha aniquilado
sistemáticamente, aunque a veces inconscientemente, la importancia del trabajo y la
valía de la mujer a través de la tergiversación científica de la división del trabajo de
asistencial como fundamento de nuestra cultura; la falta de reconocimiento de su
cuerpo; y el no darse cuenta de que las mujeres posiblemente fueron las primeras en
plantear una comprensión espiritual del Universo en la que se consideraba que la Madre
sexos. Cuando una sociedad favorece un modelo de poder sobre en lugar de autonomía,
que surge naturalmente cuando uno se conecta con su centro, ambos sexos salen
