Resumen: El hostigamiento o delito de “Stalking” es una incorporación al derecho penal
de acoso sucesivo y prolongado en el tiempo, cuando de forma frecuente, reincidente y
reiterada se produce una perturbación grave que provoca temor e inseguridad, alterando
la vida profesional y personal de la persona hostigada. Se trata de la manifestación de
un patrón de conducta de hostigamiento reincidente, de una estrategia de persecución
ciertamente planificada que altera gravemente la vida del sujeto, víctima de acoso
obsesivo. En estos supuestos de conductas intrusivas, se mantiene el hostigamiento en el
tiempo de forma sistemática y sucesiva, cuyo resultado termina por alterar arduamente
profundos cambios en su vida cotidiana, con el fin de resistirse o liberarse de la acción
hostigadora. En el ámbito laboral pueden producirse determinados comportamientos
o física, que es conocida como hostigamiento laboral o delito de “stalking” en el trabajo.

Abstract: The harassment or stalking is an incorporation into the criminal law of
prolonged in time, when frequently, repeatedly, there is a serious disturbance in the
harassed person, altering the daily aspects of his life. It is a pattern of repeated behavior,
a strategy of prosecution at work, which seriously alters the life of the subject who suffers
it. In these cases of intrusive behavior, the harassment behavior must be systematically
and successively repeated, resulting in serious alterations in the behavior of the victim
in his work and in his personal life, forcing the subject to change acts of his daily life. At
