RESUMEN: El 9 de m arzo de 2018 ent ró en vigor la Ley
9/ 2017, de 8 de n ov iem bre, de Cont ratos del Sect or
Público (LCSP). Se trata de una norm a básica y, por
tant o, ap licable a todo el Est ado, sin perjuicio del
desarr ollo que puedan hacer las Comunidades
Aut ónomas ( CCAA).
En este t rabajo se pr et ende analizar su im pacto en
aqu ellos sect ores donde no se gestionan hab itualmente
pr ocedi mie nto s admi nist rat ivo s, concr etam ent e cóm o s e
puede aplicar esta nueva legislación en el sect or
ar tíst ico, esp ecial men te en l as ar tes escéni cas, sin llega r
a morir en el intent o.
¿Qué hay que hacer par a cont rat ar a un / a esce nóg rafo /a
o a un/ a figurin ist a, con la nueva ley en la mano? ¿El
teatro tiene la consideración de administración pública?
¿Es un poder adj udicador no adm inist ración pública?
¿Cómo contrato un músico o un/ a coreógrafo/ a para m i
espectáculo? ¿Y si quier o contr atar a una compañía

teatral en el teatr o del m unicipio? ¿Y si la compañía es
extr anjera?
La casuística es m uy amplia, y las preguntas casi
infinitas. No pret endo dar respuesta a todas, tan sólo
inten tar incardin ar estas necesidades en la nueva Ley y
dar algunas respuest as y/o propuestas, desde mi
experiencia e int er pr et ación para que puedan aportar
alg una lu z a los actor es en est os pr ocedimient os.

where administrative pr ocedures are n ot usually
managed, specifically how this new legislation can be
app lied in th e ar ti stic sec tor , e specia lly in th e pe rfor mi ng
arts.

public administration? How do I hire a musician or
choreogr apher for my show? What if I want to hire a

inter pr et at ion so t hat they can bring some light to the
actors in these procedures.
