Resumen
En este primer estudio, de una serie de tres, se trata de ofrecer una visión global
del principio ne bis in idem, acercándonos a su naturaleza jurídica desde la perspectiva
de su configuración histórica, nacional e internacional; con ello, se trata de facilitar la
compresión del principio, sobre todo, a través de su elaboración jurisprudencial.
Abstract
In this first article in a series of three, we try to offer a global vision of the ne bis in
idem principle, tending to its legal nature from the perspective of its historical, national
and international configuration. According to that premises, we attempt to make easy
the comprehension of the principle, and above all, through its elaboration by the juris-
prudence.
