RESUMEN: Análisis de la problemática derivada de la falta de regulación
específica del tratamiento de la doble inmatriculación de fincas sujetas al sistema
de compensación cuando uno de los titulares de las fincas afectadas manifiesta
su voluntad de ser miembro de la junta de compensación y el otro opta por
someterse a la expropiación de sus bienes y derechos.
ABSTRACT: Analysis of the problems arising from the lack of specific regulation
of the treatment of the double registration of properties subject to the compensation
system when one of the owners of the affected land expresses his will to be a member
of the compensation board and the other chooses to submit to the expropriation
of their property and rights.
