El presente comentario tiene por finalidad realizar una sistematización de la
normativa ambiental del proyecto constitucional chileno y plantear algunos
problemas en su implementación.
Abstract:
The purpose of this comment is the systematization of the environmental
regulations of the Chilean constitutional project and to raise some problems in
its implementation.
