Resumen
Este trabajo pretende av anzar en el conocimiento de un a figura parlamentaria: el
Personero del Común, entendiendo éste como un Comisionado de la Asamblea de Ext re-
madura, como establece el art. 48 del Estat uto de Autonomía. Se estud ia el marco jurí-
dico existente en torno a est a figura y se analiza la regulación futura que se debe dar
a la misma, pues est á pendiente de desarrollo; todo ello encuadrado dentro de la apro -
bación de un nuevo Estatuto de Autonomía de Extremadura que, en el nuevo art. 48,
hace una mención más ampli a de este organismo que el antiguo art. 52, que ya lo con-
templaba.
Abstract
This project intends to deepen into the knowledge of a parliamentary f igure: the
«Personero del Común», this being understood as the Assembly of Extremadura C om-
missioner, as established in Article 4 8 of the Statute of Autonomy. This project makes
a study of the legal f rame existing around this f igure, apar t from analysing the future
regulation t hat must be applied to it, since it is pend ing a development. All thi s will be
included in the passing of a new Statute of Autonomy in E xtremadura, wh ich makes a
wider mention of this org anisation in t he new Article 4 8 than in the former Article 52,
although it already considered it.
