DE LA CARRERA DE DERECHO CON ESPECIAL ATENCIÓN
EN EL CASO MEXICANO

Resumen
El modelo iuspositivista normativista modificó la manera de entender el Derecho y
aseguró su permanencia modificando, también, el modo de enseñarlo. México importó este
modelo y gracias al régimen autoritario de facto que se vivía no fue difícil que se convirtiera
en la manera tradicional de enseñar el Derecho. Las Facultades de Derecho dejaron de
ser auténticas casas de estudio para transformarse en centros de adiestramiento técnico
de los futuros funcionarios estatales. Los constructores del sistema legalista-positivista
no advirtieron que, al paso de los años, la crisis del Estado moderno, el surgimiento de
formas alternativas de solución de conflictos, etc., los estudiantes del modelo tradicional
adquirían una serie de datos que al terminar sus estudios e iniciar su carrera profesional
eran completamente obsoletos.
Abstract
The normativist/iuspositivist model modified the way to understand the Right and
assured its permanence modifying, also, the way to teach it. Mexico concerned east model
and thanks to the authoritarian regime de facto that was lived were not difficult that it
became the traditional way to teach the Right. The Faculties of Right stopped being au-
thentic houses of study to transform itself into engineering training centres of the future
state civil employees. The constructors of the legalist-positivist system did not notice that
the passage of the years, the crisis of the modern State, the sprouting of alternative forms
of conflict resolution, etc. The students of the traditional model acquired a series of data
that when finishing their studies and initiating their professional race were completely
obsolete.
