This issue number ten of "Historia Constitucional" presents a much more modern and differently conceived design. Using the Open Journal Systems software, the Journal includes a powerful browse which allows the reader to browse by issue, author, title and text. Besides, users will be able to read the Journal as always, as it keeps being an open access journal. But users can also register themself as "Author" or "Reader". If a user is registered as Author, she will be able to forward submissions directly to the Journal through a practical sending system. If she is registered as "Reader", she will get advantages such as sending emails to the authors, using a notification system, receiving an email when a new issue is coming out or using an automatic system which allows browsing other authors' writings in the net. These are just some of the many novelties included in the new design, and we invite the users to see all the advantages of it.

This new design has been applied to all the articles published so far. They are now available only in pdf format, which has proved to be more useful for readers when downloading a text and including pagination which avoids the uncomfortable paragraph numeration. We have also add in table of contents, abstracts, keywords and titles in English for all the articles since the first issue in order to achieve an homogeneity through all the previous issues of the Journal and the recommended quality requirements for academic journals.

Other innovations aim at enlarging and improving the Journal's diffusion. In this regard, "Historia Constituiconal" has been indexed in some important data bases and citation indexes, such as E-revistas (Spain), Socolar (China) and EBSCO Publishing (USA) which has been added to other previous data bases (Latindex, RESH, DICE, DIALNET, INTUTE, DOAJ, Google Scholar, vLex). Moreover, the Journal has been enlisted in the web of the Spanish Association of Constitutional Law (which is part of the International Association of Constitutional Law) and has also be linked in some prestigious Journals, such as "Quaderni Fiorentini per la Storia del Pensiero Giuridico Moderno" (edited by the Centro di Storia e Teoria del Diritto, de la Universita di Firenze) and "Teoría y Realidad Constitucional" (edited by the Department of Public Law at the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia).
