Resumen / Abstract: La Prof. Laura PALAZZANI escudriña el término “Mejora
humana”. Asimismo, reflexiona sobre la necesidad de regular jurídicamente las
nuevas tecnologías de mejora, la cual, entiende, se hace cada vez más patente, tanto
a nivel internacional como nacional.
Prof. Laura PALAZZANI examines the term “Human enhancement”. This paper also
reflects on the need for legal regulation of new enhancement technologies, which
is becoming increasingly apparent, both internationally and nationally.
