Resumen
Aproximación a los orígenes del Fuero del Baylío, con análisis de su contenido y
alcance, vigencia temporal y territorial y otros aspectos de carácter práctico de interés
para el jurista. El estudio de esta figura de derecho matrimonial es la mejor manera de
divulgar el Derecho civil tradicional propio de una parte de Extremadura.
Abstract
Approach to the origins of the Law of the Baylío, with analysis of its content and
reaches, temporary and territorial use and other aspects of practical character of interest
after the jurist. The study of this figure of married right is the best way to disclose the
own traditional civil Right of a part of Extremadura.
