The Unresolved Challenges In The Spanish Legal Working Rules Around The European Strategy 2020

Abstract: This article proposes a reinterpretation of the working policies of the European Union which goes beyond the ideological charge of the concept of flex security and which is able to really identify a new model of working relationships. Under this perspective the deregulated proposals lose relevance and models like those which promote strongly the permanent training and the working stability (and not only in the employment) are heavily reinforced. In the second part of this work we compare these trend lines with the situation in Spain and we propose reinforcing measures of the permanent training, of the flex security in its inner aspect and of the part-time contracting.

New Criteria For The Arrangement Of The Working Mediation

Abstract: The deficiencies which are in our system of working relations, shown in all its crude reality because of the economical crisis, are on the base of the “working reform” taken during 2010 and even in 2011. In this context, the revision of the active policies of employment, by way of mediating intervention in the management of the working market, takes a preeminent place through the specific objective of improving the working mediation. The measures taken in this area, paying special attention to the changes of the legal regime of the employment agencies –recently completed with the passing of their new regulatory regulations– are the object of analysis of this study.
