Abstract: The Labour Law reform of 2012 has transferred the doctrine of the flex-isecurity to the field of the working relationship, in the conviction that the broadening of the managing power, with a greater ius variandi, will allow a better adaptation of the company to the socio-economical situation in which it develops, reducing the dismissal as a measure of business adjustment.
