RESUMEN: Los cambios en el mundo del trabajo afectan de forma central la ordenación
del tiempo de trabajo, ampliándose el concepto para incluir temas considerados hasta
ahora como elementos de la esfera privada. El concepto de soberanía del tiempo de trabajo
aporta una nueva visión global, acorde con la sociedad 24/7. La Comisión Global sobre el
futuro del trabajo de la OIT incluyó el concepto como uno de las “inversiones” necesarias
para construir la agenda por un trabajo humano. Esto implica una concepción integral del
trabajo y una visión amplia sobre los derechos fundamentales.

line with the new elements of the 24/7 society. e ILO Global Commission for the Future
of Work included this concept as one of the “investment” needed to build a human centre
agenda. is idea implies a new holistic and broader vision of fundamental rights.
