Resumen:
La STC 270/2015 sobre el nuevo sistema retributivo de las energías
renovables ha declarado su constitucionalidad rechazando que se hayan
vulnerado los principios de seguridad jurídica y de confianza legítima. No
obstante, estos principios han quedado seriamente debilitados al demostrar su
incapacidad para limitar una mutabilidad legislativa tan vertiginosa,
incoherente y caótica como la producida en el sector de las energías
renovables.
Abstract:
The STC 270/2015 about the new remuneration system for renewables
energies has been declared constitutional. The Constitucional Court has
denied that the new legal change violated the principles of legal certainty and
legitimate expectations. However, these principles have been seriously
weakened by demonstrating their inability to limit a legislative mutability so

dizzying, incoherent and chaotic as that produced in the field of renewable
energy.
