FROM SOCIAL INNOVATION: HEALTH-SAFETY

INTRODUCTION
Let's start with the postulate that contemporary societies present increasingly
complex and incremental social challenges, before which the various social and
political actors must propose solutions that counteract not only their effects but also
their causes; One of them, which has important effects on societies and particularly in
the Mexican and Colombian societies, are those related to the management of well-
being in matters of health and safety.
Given the above, this study is undertaken, which is carried out from the platform
of the International Center for Research in Social Innovation (CIIIS), which has
become one of the entities endorsed for the implementation of the knowledge
management mechanism for integration social group called: Superior Initiative:
developed by the renowned network consortium: Famimundo Institute, which has its
validation and piloting in Mexico and Colombia, based on research and knowledge
transfer from the SI perspective, with people , families, organizations and
communities through projects.
In this sense, this document seeks to give an account of the preliminary results of
the study on educational management for the training of well-being managers from
the perspective of social innovation: in its chapter with actors dedicated to health and
safety issues carried out in the period between 2019-2021, in Guadalajara Jalisco,
León Guanajuato. Mexico, Medellin, Bogotá. Colombia.
Given the above, this initiative is guided by the main question about: How to
enable educational management for the training of wellness managers from social
innovation for health and safety care services?
Thus, below, we will present an article that accounts for some elements of this
knowledge generation exercise that is nourished by experiences with educational
projects in countries of the Latin American region, from a socially innovative
perspective and a methodology from social action with the actors and contexts
involved, with a special interest in the managers of the management in different
organizations dedicated to the provision of services in the matter.
