´POLCOALVOYª SLIP - 1986

It is mutually agreed between the parties hereto that this Charter Party Shall include the ´POLCOALVOYª Loading and Demurrage Scales, as applicable, set out in the following:

For vessels loading assorted coals/coke and cokebreeze, rates of demurrage and daily loading quanties ´as per agreeementª

The loading and Demurrage Scales apply on the following conditions:

1) the Loading Rates only apply to Duff Coals excluding assorted coals, coke and cokebreeze;

2) the Loading Rates only apply to Self-Thmmers (Class ´Aª);

For Class ´Bª Trimmers, the rates should be reduced by 10 per cent; For Class ´Cª Trimmers, the rates should be reduced by 15 per cent; For Class ´Dª Trimmers, the rates should be reduced by 30 per cent;
