ABSTRACT: North American legal experience in the control of the soil erosion goes back to the Thirties when soil erosion knocked down the great plains of the country. The action of the Administration has been focused in the use of grants to farmers, within formulas of voluntary participation; although in most of the cases the conservationist grants have been used to control agricultural prices.
