La Ley Bayh-Dole —la ley norteamericana que otorga a las universidades el derecho a la patente sobre invenciones realizada por personal universitario y estudiantes—, ha sido objeto de notable controversia. El presente trabajo muestra que la Ley Bayh-Dole encaja perfectamente con la estructura del derecho de propiedad intelectual.
